Jennie Girves is a Bible teacher who loves helping women dive deep into Scripture to discover how every part of God’s Word fits into His beautiful redemptive story. With a passion for biblical theology and a gift for clear, engaging teaching, she equips women to read the Bible with confidence, clarity, and wonder.
Jennie is a PhD candidate in Bible Exposition at Liberty University and holds a Master of Arts in Theological Studies (MATS) from Liberty. She currently serves as a high school Bible teacher, where she is passionate about helping students develop a deep understanding of Scripture and a lifelong love for God’s Word. Her background in education — including a Master’s in Secondary Education/English — combined with years of ministry experience, gives her a unique ability to communicate rich biblical truth in ways that are accessible, practical, and deeply encouraging.
For many years, Jennie served as a women’s ministry coordinator and leader in her local church, where she taught inductive Bible study, led prayer ministries, and developed Bible study and discipleship curriculum designed to help women grow in both their knowledge of God’s Word and their daily walk with Him. She is also the founder of WOW: Walking Out the Word, a discipleship ministry focused on helping believers study Scripture deeply and live it faithfully.
Jennie has spoken at numerous women’s retreats, conferences, Bible studies, brunches, and church events, where she is known for helping women see themselves within the grand story of God’s covenant love and faithfulness. Her heart is to equip women not just to read the Bible, but to understand it as one unified story and to walk it out in everyday life.
